Spotted Daisy and Howies Bartender sparking new beginnings for the Laswell’s.
The Laswell’s actually formed Santa Claus Quarter Horses in 1995, when Julie and “Spotted Daisy” were hauling for the “All-Around Youth in the Nation” title.
Kevin and Julie were married in 1997, with Hunter and Halle being born is 2001 & 2004, respectively. Life started to take another route for the family of 4, who decided to put showing horses to the side for a while.
After a 15- year hiatus, the Laswell’s desire to be part of the horse show family again struck hard. After purchasing “TC Playindoc Quixote” in 2013, the family knew that the horse show life was what they were meant to do.
